The ABC Unified School District is known throughout the State of California as a leader in educational planning and innovation. The District has received county, state, and national recognition for outstanding programs in counseling, alternative education, staff development, and labor relations. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & ABILITIES: A person holding this position must have the leadership skills to organize, facilitate, and monitor comprehensive programs in the area(s) of attendance, discipline, academic/career guidance, intervention programs, counseling, instruction and/or curriculum. This person shall be directly responsible to the school principal and work closely with the administrative team in the areas of discipline, attendance, budget, guidance, counseling, academic planning, student services, and career guidance.
