Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Research Learning and Data (RLD), performs a variety of rigorous clerical duties which include researching, collecting, analyzing, and assisting with disseminating data to inform decisions. Learning specialized procedures and computer software application. Preparing presentations and reports using data from complex local, state, and federal data reporting systems. Position is contingent upon continuous Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) funding availability.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, desirable from an accredited college or university; Three (3) or more of of increasingly responsible experience in typing and general clerical work, including use of computer software, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Presentations, etc.), and other office machines; Experience in customer service.
