Job Summary
The job of the Behavior Technician is done for the purpose/s of assisting the District Behavior Specialist (BCBA), working directly under the supervision of the Behavior Specialist and Director of Special Education. The Behavior Technician will support staff and students by implementing behavioral interventions and data monitoring for special education students across multiple school sites. This position will assist in both case management duties, instruction/training to classroom and site staff, and positive supports and behavioral skills that best support students in special education. Requirements / Qualifications
Experience: Two (2) years of experience utilizing behavior analytic practices in an academic or therapeutic setting. Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. First Aid/CPR Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Certification CPI Blue Card Certification Valid California Driver’s License and Evidence of Insurance in accordance with California Law A complete online application for the position shall include employment history and three (3) professional references.
