Job Summary

The Human Resources Director works closely with administrators, teachers, and support staff to implement a strong academic program. The Director of Human Resources reports directly to the Head of School and ensures that staff are appropriately assigned, developed/coached, and evaluated to carry out Ceiba’s mission of sending our students to college. The Director of Human Resources is funded 100% with general funds. See attached job description for more details.
