Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, the Personnel Technician will perform a variety of responsible and technical personnel clerical functions and activities; may assist in the planning, organization, and conduct of employee recruitment, selection, orientation and certificated Induction programs; assists in the planning, organization, development, and maintenance of a comprehensive personnel management storage and retrieval system; perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
**Testing for this position will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at 1 p.m. Location of testing session will be at the Redlands Unified School District Office located at 20 W. Lugonia Ave, Redlands, CA 92374. No further notice regarding the test will be given.** Brief Description: Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, the Personnel Technician will perform a variety of responsible and technical personnel clerical functions and activities; may assist in the planning, organization, and conduct of employee recruitment, selection, orientation and certificated Induction programs; assists in the planning, organization, development, and maintenance of a comprehensive personnel management storage and retrieval system; perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills: Type at a net corrected speed of 50 words per minute.
