Job Summary

Job Summary

West Contra Costa Adult Education is seeking a water color instructor for its Older Adults (55+) Community Interest program. If you have a special talent, skill, hobby, or interest and knowledge in the art of water color painting and would like to teach a class to our adult community, we'd love to hear from you. The class would run weekly starting Tuesday, September 12th, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. No teaching credentials or certificates are required. The class would be part of the St. John's Community Center weekly older adults program which meets every Tuesday between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. Come and be a part of this vibrant community!

Requirements / Qualifications

1) Please provide a letter of application wherein you describe the course you would like to teach and give reasons why it is important or beneficial to the community. You may also provide this information in the supplemental questions within this application. 2) A course outline completed to the best of your ability and knowledge of our adult education programs. Please complete the supplemental questions within this application to the best of your ability. 3) An updated resume with experience/training that is relevant to the proposed course.
