Basic Function/Overview:
Position Description:Under the supervision of the Dean, ACCESS and Wellness and at the day-to-day coordination with the ACCESS Testing Coordinator, the Lead Proctor will monitor accommodated test takers in a group and 1:1 setting. Target Populations to be Served:Accessibility Resource Centers for Students provide counseling, instruction, and accommodations for students with disabilities and medical conditions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Monitor accommodated test-takers in a group and 1:1 setting
• Report to testing staff any incidents
• Document testing information
• Maintain organized testing rooms
• Create case notes for incidents in testing room
• Assist testers with technology during test (i.e.- screen readers, flash drives, etc.)
• Log untaken and taken tests
• Enter MIS data into database
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth (12th) grade.
