Job Summary

The Specialist, Org Effectiveness will be responsible for supporting efficiency and coherence through modeling and sustaining effective practices at Think Together. This role will report to the Organization Development Manager, while working closely with Organization Development and Learning & Development Department leadership, as well as other key stakeholders to ensure work is aligned with Think Together’s overall strategy and direction. Critical to success will be effective working relationships with Leadership and Organization Development team members, various department leadership, and Program and Operations.
