Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Associate Superintendent, the Executive Secretary performs highly complex and responsible administrative and clerical work; supports negotiations and collective bargaining; interprets Board policy and administrative regulations; and other related duties as required. Under the Supervision of the Director of Human Resources, performs a wide variety of responsible clerical work for the Human Resources department. Please Attach: -Resume -Letter of Intent -Two Current Professional Letters of Recommendation QUALIFICATIONS: Experience:• At least five years in a responsible administrative assistant position•A minimum of three years in a school or school district office setting Education:• Equivalent to completion of two years of college. (Responsible secretarial position may be substituted for required education on a year-for-year basis.) Other:• Possession of a valid California driver’s license.
Upon Conditional Offer of Employment: - Department of Justice Criminal Background Check completed at the district office for a fee of $30. If you have lived outside of the state of California in the past 5 years, you will also need to complete an FBI background check for an additional fee of $17.00. - TB Test (Valid for 4 Years) - Complete district training on Mandated Reporter, Covid 19, and Sexual Harassment
