Instruction features a 1:1 Chromebook program and is centered on Project-Based Learning, a collaborative, respectful culture, and an emphasis on 21st century skills. Samueli Academy teachers must have the ability to raise student achievement for a wide range of learners. This teacher will collaborate with other teachers, community partners, and caregivers; integrating curricula whenever possible to create meaningful learning experiences. Using advanced technology skills in the classroom, this teacher’s instructional practices should focus on raising achievement for a wide range of learners. Must be a creative, collaborative, flexible teacher willing to innovate and implement Problem or Project-Based Learning.
