Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Child Welfare & Attendance, the university intern will provide therapeutic mental health services to eligible students and their families under the clinical supervision per guidelines by the applicable licensing Board.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s of Science/Bachelor’s of Arts and be referred by an accredited university (Trainee). Have a Master's degree in counseling, psychology, clinical social work, or a related field and/or all academic preparation required for internship as defined by state licensing requirements of the California State Board of Behavioral Sciences or the Board of Psychology (Associate). Preferred experience in working in the education and special education fields; Bilingual (Spanish-English).
