You're an excellent candidate for our School Administrative Assistant position, if you have a passion for office management, are energized by working in a fast-paced school site office, enjoy working in a team, and you possess the following qualifications and competencies: • Three years increasingly responsible clerical experience involving public contact • One year of secretarial experience in a large organization • Bilingual Spanish • Detail oriented • Problem-solving skills • Commitment to customer service • Aptitude for working with systems and software Required documents must be attached to your online application (using MS Word .rtf or scanned .pdf format) no later than filing deadline.
