You're an excellent candidate for our School Administrative Assistant position, if you have a passion for office management, are energized by working in a fast-paced school site office, enjoy working in a team, and you possess the following qualifications and competencies: • Three years increasingly responsible clerical experience involving public contact • One year of secretarial experience in a large organization • Bilingual Spanish • Detail oriented • Problem-solving skills • Commitment to customer service • Aptitude for working with systems and software Required documents must be attached to your online application (using MS Word .rtf or scanned .pdf format) no later than filing deadline. Located in east San Diego County. The district is 66.3 square miles in size, and serves elementary students in grades K-8 feeding into the Grossmont Union High School District. The district has approximately 16,600 students, plus approximately 800 preschool students, with 26 schools (6 middle schools, 19 elementary schools and 1 preschool). The District is largely urban in nature with some rural areas. Regardless of what our employees’ needs are, we meet them with the personalized attention only a caring school district can provide.
