Upland Unified School District is seeking highly qualified candidates to apply for the position of Assistant Superintendent of Business Services. Located in a beautiful suburban community in Western San Bernardino County, UUSD currently serves approximately 11,000 students and is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all students and staff.
The salary for this position is $182,824.00 - $201,803.00, but is negotiable, depending on experience with a 222-day positive work year calendar. Employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that provides flexible options to meet varying needs at a value exceeding $20,000, with minimal out-of-pocket costs. In addition, Upland Unified offers a $400 monthly mileage/cell phone stipend and the opportunity to work ten (10) additional days at per diem annually. For applicants who qualify, the District offers a 457(b) tax-sheltered annuity plan. The District values the development of its leaders and will provide coaching and mentoring support, professional development, and pay a membership fee for a professional association.
