Job Summary

This position is a part of the Organizational Development and Learning and Development (OD/L&D) Department and is deployed to the Program Design Team (PDT). Under the supervision of a Senior L&D Facilitator, the Program Trainer, Design will use their skills to deliver high-quality training to field staff in-person commits to putting Think Together values first and cultivating a learning environment that exemplifies a continuous improvement lens, contributes to a collaborative learning culture through identifying change as an opportunity for growth and improvement, creating space to find good ideas from all leaders across the organization, while following up on action items to complete projects.
