Under general supervision of the Learning & Development Lead, the Program Trainer, Induction primarily engages with Learning & Development (L&D) Team within the Organizational Development and Learning and Development (OD/L&D) Department. Under the supervision of a Senior L&D Facilitator, the Program Induction Trainer will use their skills to deliver program induction training to field staff in-person at Think Together’s regional hubs to ensure high-quality programs and services to change the odds for kids. From a collaborative lens, this person will be facilitating learning with recently hired field staff and working with the L&D team to modify content and refine facilitation design. The person in this role will work closely with staff and managers providing support to the Program & Operations Department.
