PCS is hiring an Education Specialist for our RSP Program at Kenilworth Junior High School. Mild/Mod or Mod/Severe Credential Required. For the 23/24 school year, all RSP and SDC teachers will receive an additional stipend of $2,500. All teachers are eligible for a Master's stipend of $1,700 and Ph.D. stipend of $3,000. National board certification qualifies teachers for an additional stipend of $1,700. We may accept all years of applicable service towards placement on the salary schedule. Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits at PCS cover the employee and their immediate family at a composite rate. The monthly employee contribution is the same, regardless of spouse and number of dependents. Additional optional benefits such as 403b/457a plans, FSA/HSA, Cancer, Accident, Disability and Life Insurance are also available.

Initial contract status will be Temporary. Offer of employment is contingent upon fingerprint clearance. There is a fee required by the Department of Justice, payable by the applicant, to process fingerprint clearance. Evidence that applicant is free from tuberculosis in accordance with Education Code 49406 is required.
