General Description of Position Goals The SIS Specialist is responsible assisting with the accurate collection, entry, updating, and support of the student information system for data integrity on behalf of the Coachella Valley Unified School District. The SIS Specialist is the Student Information Systems data assistant for the Coachella Valley Unified School District. **See job description for full list of responsibilities/requirements**
High School Diploma or the equivalent and any combination equivalent to: Associates degree in computer science or related field and/or four years of support experience involving the maintenance and integrity of data as it relates to the student information system. Assist with the translating of training materials and handouts into comprehensive terms, including some experience managing complex projects in a lead or supervisory capacity.
