Job Summary
The EBCA School Counselor will meet 1:1 with students, do group sessions, and help lead SEL outreach. EBCA is a hub for both student and parent empowerment. We look forward to hiring a full-time School Counselor to help us continue to meet the diverse needs of our fantastic community.
Requirements / Qualifications
Credential Requirements: • Valid PPS Credential - (Pupil Personnel Services) Education: B.A or B.S. degree is required. M.A. or M.S. preferred but not required; CPR/First Aid Certification required before first day of employment.

Personal Qualifications: Dynamic character, flexible, team player, and proper social capability to relate effectively with diverse staff, students, parents, and community. Ability to work with a wide variety of learners. Ability to perform job duties in an ever-changing and demanding work environment. Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred but not required.
