Job Summary
Colusa County Office of Education is recruiting for a Farm to School Laboratory Supervisor who can perform a variety of work in the greenhouse, surrounding raised beds and the laboratory pathway. This includes overseeing fruit/nut/vegetable garden (orchard and raised beds) and riparian park construction; irrigation installation, planting, use and maintenance; greenhouse use and management; raised bed and orchard harvest, food delivery and sale.

CURRENT ASSIGNMENT LOCATION: Education Village SALARY: $42,905 - $57,497 HOURS/DAYS: 8 hours per day, 261 days per year BENEFITS: Partially paid medical, dental and vision benefits, paid sick leave, CalPERS retirement EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Any combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates ability to perform duties and responsibilities as described including specialized knowledge and work experience in landscaping and agricultural production techniques. LICENSES & REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will be required to provide DOJ and FBI fingerprint clearance, TB test clearance, COVID-19 vaccination (or program-required equivalent) and a valid California driver’s license following acceptance of job offer.
