Job Summary

Clerk/Dispatcher/Driver will, under the supervision of the Transportation Manager, the Clerk/Dispatcher/Driver receives and processes transportation requests for student and/or staff transportation needs; processes maintenance records and bus driver records, dispatches bus drivers for athletic competitions and field trips; and assists in the coordination of routes for home-to-school bus transportation. The Clerk/Dispatcher/Driver must communicate clearly and effectively using two-way radio, telephone, and written instructions, and must be able to read and understand Bus Route Maps; and other related duties as required. *This is a draft job description. Requirements / Qualifications

Resume High School Diploma or GED required Class B License (plus endorsement for passengers and air brakes) California School Bus Driver's Certificate REQUIRED Valid Medical Examiners Certificate and a valid First Aid 2 Letters of Recommendation from previous supervisors/employers
