Job Summary

Under the direction of the Expanded Learning Manager, works to assist in the oversight of a major grant-based program to deliver technical assistance in Region 1 Counties (Del Norte, Sonoma, Lake, Mendocino and Humboldt) in the form(s) of coaching, consulting, mentoring, training, and brokering resources to state and federally funded after school programs.

Requirements / Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree and four years of experience in a field related to the assigned function, desired; • Experience designing and providing training and professional development; • Expanded Learning experience, desired; • Three years’ experience in small and large group facilitation; • Possess or obtain upon employment, a valid California Driver License; • Provide proof of automobile insurability; • Meet the physical requirements necessary to perform assigned duties safely and effectively, including lifting twenty-five (25) pounds on an occasional basis and in excess of twenty-five (25) pounds with assistance. Employee may elect to be a member of the Mendocino County Federation of School Employees Union. MCOE does not participate in the Social Security system.
