Job Summary

An Instructional Assistant, Music applies knowledge of music in assisting students in the development of perceptive listening skills; schedules and oversees the use of instructional music laboratories and practice rooms; and is responsible for the routine day-to-day business transactions of the music department office. SALARY INFORMATION MONTHLY SALARY: $4,917.38-$6,091.78 ($59,008.56-$73,101.36 annually) *Salary Information is based on a full-time, 12-month position. VACANCY INFORMATION A vacancy exists at LA Pierce College (6201 Winnetka Ave, Woodland Hills, CA 91371). The hiring list established by this examination will also be used to fill future vacancies as they occur during the life of the list. Graduation from high school or its equivalent AND two years of full-time, paid experience in providing instrumental or vocal instruction.
