Requirements / Qualifications

Equivalent to graduation from high school is required plus additional or college courses in business or a related field is strongly preferred. A minimum of two years of general clerical experience requiring frequent public contact is desired. Experience at the Office Assistant I and II level is preferred. Proficiency in records and data management to comply with District, State and Federal regulations, Excel, Google Docs, Data, experience with parent engagement and public relations. Bilingual desired, but not required. A typing certificate, issued within the last two years, for a minimum of 45 wpm MUST accompany the application and include the name, address, and phone number of the issuing agency along with the net wpm and length of test (3-minute minimum). Clerical Proficiency Test is required. Applicants will be contacted for testing. First Aid/CPR Certificate required within first six months of employment.
