Visions In Education is seeking a Mild/Mod credentialed teacher for the 2023/24 school year. Serving our students and families can be rewarding for teachers who are looking to provide a personalized approach to learning for students across the educational spectrum. Specifically, we are looking for teachers who believe in the importance of tailoring education to meet students’ needs and are committed to ensuring that all our students thrive academically and social-emotionally. Visions truly values the dedication our teachers put into their work everyday. In turn, we strive to provide our employees with a comprehensive, high-quality benefits package to support health and work-life balance. Our comprehensive medical plans include Kaiser, Sutter Health Plus, and Western Health Advantage with no out of pocket costs for “Employee Only” coverage. For “Plus One (+1)” or “Family” plan, the employee’s monthly contribution is less than $210 (+1) or $375 (family). These rates are taken out of employees paychecks from September through June. Visions also offers extensive dental and vision benefits through Delta Dental and VSP for our employees and their families. Visions offers a short and long-term disability program along with a $100,000 basic life insurance package for employees at no cost. Visions also participates with the CalPERS/CalSTRS retirement program.
