Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Field Supervisor - Nutrition Services, lead and oversee Nutrition Service personnel at an assigned school; ensure the daily distribution of safe food by practicing and enforcing established safe food-handling techniques and procedures; provide nutrition services that meet mandated nutritional needs of students; estimate food preparation amounts and ensure availability of quantities of food items; provide written support to convey information; comply with mandated health requirements.
Requirements / Qualifications
Valid Food Handler’s Certificate issued by the Riverside County Department of Environmental Health and successfully complete the Manager Food Safety Certification course. Valid ServSafe Management Certificate in Food Safety and Sanitation. Valid California Class C driver’s license with evidence of insurability. Annual mandatory continuing training hours required by 7CFR210. Print out of H-6 (good driving record documentation) is required at time of employment. *Completion of TargetSketch Assessment (available through your edjoin acconunt). TargetSketch Assessment must be completed before the application deadline date and time. *Completion of employment application (record of work experience).

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from high school and two years increasingly responsible experience in the preparation, cooking and serving of food in large quantities. Experience in a school or equivalent food preparation facility preferred.
