JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Superintendent or Designee, carries out the district’s maintenance, operations, groundskeeping, transportation, and facilities services programs.
Requirements / Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; and, an Associate degree or equivalent experience in the field
Knowledge of principles and practices of general management and supervision; Equivalent to five years of increasingly responsible full-time professional experience in three or more of the following activities: grounds, custodial, maintenance, transportation, and construction, including at least three years of supervisory experience involving public organization maintenance, operations and construction; Knowledge of standard laws, regulations, and principles relating to school site construction, acquisition, architecture, and maintenance of facilities; Public Contract Code, bidding regulations, contract administration, and supervision of contract services; (Job description attached to posting).
