St. James School in Torrance has a Principal opening for 2023-2024 St. James School in Torrance has a 100-year history of faith formation and academic excellence within the parish community of St. James, Redondo Beach, and in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. The school operates with an enrollment of 240 students in Grades TK-8, with the majority of students coming from St. James parish. 80% of the students are Catholic. The Catholic Identity of St. James School is clearly expressed in its Mission Statement, Philosophy Statement, and School-Wide Learning Expectations.
