Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Superintendent, this position serves as the Human Resources Coordinator. The HR Coordinator performs work which is essential to the creation of a strong and highly collaborative district culture. The position requires frequent coordination with all District departments and school sites. Additionally, significant interaction with outside agencies, other governmental agencies and the public is required. This position provides assistance to the Superintendent, Managers, Site Administrators. The HR Coordinator holds a high level of responsibility and confidentiality due to the complexity and problem solving nature of the position.
