THE POSITION
The Business, Facilities and Operations Division is now accepting applications for Administrative Accounting Assistant . The Administrative Accounting Assistant performs a variety of complex administrative assistant and fiscal support duties to support office operations and personnel within assigned department; relieves assigned supervisor of administrative and clerical detail; plans, coordinates and organizes day-to-day office operations and activities; coordinates flow of communications and information; assists department staff in coordinating fiscal activities; responsible for fiscal record keeping, basic accounting and/or auditing duties in the maintenance, processing, and review of fiscal records and services; coordinates special events and projects as required. - The most qualified candidates will be invited to participate in a written exam, tentatively scheduled for June 1, 2023.
- Those who pass the written exam will be invited to participate in an oral examination with subject matter experts, tentatively scheduled for June 8, 2023.
- Based on the final scores of qualified candidates, Classified Personnel Services will establish a ranked candidate list.
- Selected candidates from the list will be invited to a second interview with the hiring authorities, tentatively scheduled for the week of June 11, 2023.
