Job Summary

CMP is a proud partner of the Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) Teacher Induction Consortium. SCOE Teacher Induction is the vehicle in which teachers with preliminary credentials complete induction requirements to apply for their professional clear teaching credentials. CMP is now preparing for another year of excellence in providing new teacher support and development. The core of our program success is our team of CMP Teacher Mentors who walk alongside their assigned teacher(s) during their induction journey. Even as a veteran teacher, learning never ends. SCOE TI may help you to become a better teacher by reflecting on your own teaching practices as you support a newer teacher do the same. SCOE TI also offers opportunity to expand leadership skills through training and experience.
