Job Summary:
Our Mother of Good Counsel School seeks a candidate who:
- Is able to prepare and implement lesson plans, instruct students using an effective classroom management style, monitor student progress, evaluate student performance, and maintain accurate student records
- Is an effective collaborator and communicator and has a growth mindset
- Respects diversity
- Is dedicated to personal and professional growth
- Is technologically competent and is a proponent of technology use in the classroom
Requirements:
- Practicing Catholic
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Preference given to candidates with Catechist certification

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
