Santa Rosa Academy is a K-12 public charter school, established in 2005 and chartered out of the Menifee Union School District. We serve students in Riverside county with site-based, home study, and a combination of home study/on-site programs accreditated by the Schools Commission of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. Job Summary
Under direction of the Director, performs a variety of complex duties involved in over-sighted and maintenance, review, and analysis of financial and statistical records; compiles, prepares and checks statistical and account reports; familiar with federal and state mandated regulations as related to this job function; and exercises good judgment in the application and interpretation of complex rules and regulations; and does related work as required. This position is responsible for overseeing and monitoring, reconciling, implementing and maintaining proper internal controls of financial activities for the school; including but not limited to: accounts receivable, accounts payable, and budgets. Incumbents are expected to work independently and serve as a resource person with school departments and office personnel. MUST KNOW GALAXY AND ACCOUNTS PAYABLE.

This position is open immediately. 12 Month Position 12 Vacation Days 3 PN Days 12 Sick Day 14 Paid Holiday $10,000 for Health and Welfare Benefits Student Enrollment 1,550 for Charter School.
Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by college coursework in accounting procedures. • A minimum of five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in the maintenance of financial or statistical records; or any combination of training and/or experience that could like provide the desired knowledge and abilities. • Knowledge of financial administration and methods, practices, and terminology used in financial, statistical work.
