Requirements / Qualifications
CPR/First Aid Certification Mandated Reporter Training Fundamentals of Coaching Certification Concussion Certification Cardiac Arrest Certification Heat Illness Certification Negative TB Results or TBRA within the last 6 months Livescan Fingerprints with CHUSD
All documents will be required AFTER you have applied & been accepted to a coaching position. Not having the documents currently does not disqualify you from applying to be a coach as long as you complete all requirements prior to being on field. If you are selected as a coach CHUSD will provide you with the websites necesary to complete the required trainings. If you are selected as a coach CHUSD will provide you with the opportunity to complete both the livescan and TBRA at our facilities free of charge. *In some situations an actual TB test or further medical documentation may be required in lieu of the TBRA.
