Job Summary
If candidate holds a valid Administrative Services credential, salary placement will be on the Principal schedule; if not, salary placement will be on the Site Leader schedule. School administrator who serves as the instructional leader of a small school site; responsible for the direction of the instructional program; staff supervision, support and training; liaison to current partnerships and development of new partnerships; and supports the SIATech mission of a premier drop-out recovery program engaging students through relationship-focused, high-tech, and rigorous learning experiences.

Salary: $91,080 - $122,493 (for Principal position)
$81,640 - $101,957 (for Site Leader position)
Master's Stipend $1,800.00
Doctorate Stipend $2,000.00
Benefits: Member of California State Teacher's Retirement System (STRS). SIATech contributes 19.1% of salary to STRS annually (2022-2023)
