Our ideal candidate will be a high energy self-starter with experience in various areas of school business: vendor partnerships, communications, data analysis, vendor management systems, and strategic planning. This candidate will have the ability to work independently to strengthen vendor relationships, improve processes, expand the vendor program, and use the vendor program strategically to meet school-wide growth targets. This job will require frequent communication with vendors via the phone or email, so strong communication skills are vital. Vision’s vendors can be a huge proponent of Visions In Education and their influence can reach families and students that may not have otherwise even heard about Visions. The ideal candidate will also have experience in data analysis, contractual agreements, and will be very detail oriented, because this position will oversee the initial contracts and ongoing updates/renewals for hundreds of vendors. This candidate should possess a desire to learn, develop as a professional and want to take their experience, education and training to drive improvements in our organization.
