Job Summary
Job Summary
The Executive Director of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management for iLEAD California. They will lead the development and implementation of human resources policies, programs, and strategies to attract, retain, and develop a high-performing workforce. The Executive Director of Human Resources also ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. - At least 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a school district or other public sector organization. - Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
