Tulare City School District is accepting applications for the position of Instructional Aide (Physical Education) Job Summary The job of Instructional Aide - Physical Education was established for the purpose of working with groups of students under the supervision of a certificated teacher in the supervision and instruction of students during their physical education class time; and providing clerical support to teacher/s and staff. This position will consist of working with students in grades 1-5. This position will be under the supervision of the Director II, (Health Services and Programs), with daily oversight from the Physical Education Teacher on Assignment and Elementary PE Teachers, the aide will assist in providing Physical Education and supporting Social Emotional Health as part of a roving team. Will assist the teacher in implementing curriculum appropriate to the grade-level for the purpose of improving student physical health. Work year is 180 days, 3.5 hours per day (AM position). The salary range is $16.95 - $21.70 per hour, plus applicable fringe benefits.

1. High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 2. You must posses and provide proof of ONE of the NCLB "No Child Left Behind" requirements listed below. *A.A. / A.S.
