Requirements / Qualifications
FILING DATE: The District Clerical Battery Level II examination application and supplemental form must be submitted to the Personnel Commission Office prior to May 5, 2023, 4:30 PM. The Personnel Commission has implemented a testing program designed to streamline the testing process for selected clerical classifications. Candidates interested in applying for future clerical vacancies must pass the designated clerical battery examination. Applications for the clerical battery examination will typically be accepted in the Fall and Spring of each year. The Clerical Battery Level II examination is tentatively scheduled for the weeks of May 8-19, 2023. Applicants will be notified by US mail or email. EXAMINATION INFORMATION: The Clerical Battery Level II examination allows you to apply your passing score to multiple classifications. These scores may be applied toward meeting the minimum rating in the selection process to qualify for participation in the next succeeding part.
