<p><span style="font-weight:900">GENERAL INFORMATION:</span> The Napa County Office of Education’s Community Programs department, working in collaboration with the Napa Valley Unified School District and Calistoga Joint Unified School District, implements after school programs. We are seeking to fill open Site Coordinator position(s). The grant-funded after school program, COOL School (elementary) and ACE (middle), includes three primary components: Academics, Enrichment, and Recreation which take place after school every regular school day until 6 PM. The Program is designed to improve students’ academic performance and connection to school and the greater community, as well as to strengthen students’ extracurricular and social skills. Additionally, the program has an AmeriCorps team that provides academic and recess support during the school day, after school support, and summer programming during. The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of COOL School and the AmeriCorps Expanded Learning (EXL) programming at an assigned school site. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of part-time After School staff and AmeriCorps members daily.

QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years related experience • Experience with multicultural communities, academic and enrichment programming, and student behavioral management • Bilingual preferred
