What the Position Entails Generally - Coordinate and lead campus tours with inquiring and prospective families - Ensure inquiring students progress steadily through the admission process: inquire, campus tour, application, interview, decision, acceptances/ rejection communication, follow up. - Collaborate with school administrators to move the admission process forward. - Explore potential admissions opportunities; funnel prospective; develop external admission partners - Develop and implement admission marketing strategies, together with the Dean of Enrollment - Manage school’s social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube channel) for the purpose of school promotion and marketing. Qualifications - A high level of integrity, warmth, confidence, a positive outlook, a strong work ethic, and a good sense of humor - Ability to balance multiple priorities in a complex environment - Excellent judgment, discretion, attention to detail and commitment to excellence - Deep appreciation and understanding of the school’s Christ-centered values and mission - Skilled at building and maintaining relationships across the school community; - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to listen deeply
