Job Description: San Gabriel Christian School offers a nine-week summer program for children in Transitional Kindergarten through the Eighth Grade that includes morning classes and an afternoon day camp program. The Activity Director will supervise the afternoon day camp staff, help prepare project materials and assist students as needed.

This is a part-time teaching position as part of a summer program. Classes are offered in the mornings for both academic and enrichment classes encompassing many subject areas for first through eighth grade students. Teacers are needed June 15 - August 21, but teachers are not expected to teach all 10 weeks Each set of classes is one week in length.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a born-again Christian believer and in agreement with the school statement of faith
- Minimum requirement of a BA/BS undergraduate
- 1-3 years of successful teaching experience is preferred
- Enthusiasm, flexibility and creativity are a plus

All applicants will be fingerprinted and background checked. Proof of negative TB test is also required.
