Requirements / Qualifications
Successful candidates will be able to teach all levels of Physical Education. Candidates need to have teaching experience at the secondary school level, implementing 21st century teaching and using technology to deepen learning. Candidates should have experience working within professional learning communities (PLC); American Canyon Middle School teachers work closely together to use data and instructional strategies to support all students to succeed. Candidates must value collaboration and teamwork as they will be expected to contribute positively to their PLC. Applicants should be enthusiastic, cooperative, and dedicated to effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
