Job Summary
The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator (EDI) will support district staff in the development of learning opportunities and student success centered on racial equity, ethnic studies and intersectionality of equity in ARUSD. The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring equity is embedded in the work of all the schools and departments. The Coordinator will work with all schools and departments to support academic fairness and integration, as well as ensure that every child has the resources, teachers, interventions and support they need to be successful. The coordinator will work with district staff in the development, distribution and implementation of Ethnic Studies.
