Job Summary

Seven Arrows Elementary School seeks a dynamic Associate Teacher to start in August 2023. The Associate Teacher is responsible for supporting all facets of learning along with the critical role of supporting the Lead Teacher. Responsibilities: Support the Lead Teacher(s) Teach small groups in language arts, math, or social studies when needed Provide one-on-one support to students as needed Monitor and support students while working independently Help maintain/support classroom management Supervise children during transitions and some specialty classes Assist STEAM teacher during STEAM classes Provide coverage when needed for lunch or snack Share responsibilities to record and maintain school, classroom, and student information such as attendance, student assessments, and progress reports Attend faculty meetings Attend school-related evenings and environmental programs Attend school related evening events and environmental programs Adhere to school hours for teachers which are 7:30 am – 3:30 pm Monday through Friday Attend events on 3 Saturdays if needed Qualities: An unwavering commitment to students and the community Demonstrates our core values: citizenship, gratitude and empathy, integrity, pursuit of excellence, respect and responsibility.
