Requirements / Qualifications

Copy of Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social services, human services, social work, communication, education, public administration, public health, community development or a related field. (Required). Copy Master’s degree in related social / behavioral sciences field from an accredited college or university. (Preferred) Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Social Work or School Psychology or other related CTC credential (Preferred). Five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience involving direct work with student and/or family involvement programs and support (Required), including at least two (2) years of supervisory experience (Preferred) Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred) Valid CA Driver’s License (Required) Three (3) letters of recommendation/reference (at least one from current supervising administrator) Fingerprint clearance, drug screening, and TB test are required upon hire
