Requirements / Qualifications
1. A completed EDJOIN classified application 2. Copy of HS diploma/GED Certificate or copy of transcripts showing high school graduation date or copy of transcript(s) showing proof of high school graduation. 3. Copy of transcript(s) showing proof of required supplemental coursework in business and secretarial 4. Certificate of Keyboarding/Typing of 35 WPM (typing exam has to be done in person and signed and dated by test proctor).

Prior to employment, all applicants are subject to a fingerprint clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ) and a fee for processing. Authorization of employment will not be granted until the fingerprint clearance from DOJ has been accepted.
Testing is required unless proof of passing test score for “REGISTRAR” dated within 12 Months is submitted with the application.
CURRENT EMPLOYEES SHALL REMAIN IN A POSITION FOR AT LEAST ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE BEGINNING DATE OF AN INITIAL PROBATION OR PROMOTIONAL PROBATIONARY PERIOD (PER CONTRACT, ARTICLE 15).
