Job Summary
• Prepare lessons based on the California State Standards • Classroom management skills combined with instructional techniques are a must to increase student progress toward objectives and optimize student learning. • Responsible for implementing curriculum as well as overall classroom and playground supervision.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Bachelor or Master’s degree • California Teaching Credential, 2+ years’ teaching experience (preferred) • Knowledge of Catholic faith, curriculum, and liturgies • Must have strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills. Computer proficiency is required. • Must possess a strong work ethic. Some late evenings and weekends will be required. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Must be extremely detail oriented, creative, resourceful and organized.
