High School graduate or equivalent and one (1) year demonstrated experience working with youth in an organized setting, plus, two (2) years of experience involving instructional setting support. Completion of two (2) years of higher education study OR possession of an Associate's or higher level degree, including six (6) Early Childhood Education college level units.
