Job Summary

The Community School Partnership Program Manager (CSPPM) is a District and year-round position, working under the direction of the Superintendent or designee. This position is expected to carry out all the work related to building partnerships with the community, and outside agencies, in support of the “whole child”, and serving as a liaison between the district and all partners. The CSPP manager will develop, implement, and evaluate individualized student support services, and facilitate services to families to create effective systems of support to improve student outcomes and opportunities. One of the manager’s main functions will be to oversee the implementation of the Community School Partnership Program, specifically the faithful implementation of the four pillars (Integrated Student Supports; Family & Community Engagement; Collaborative Leadership, and Expanded Learning Time and Opportunities), and program/grant compliance related to staffing, data collection, data sharing, and record keeping.

Requirements / Qualifications

- 5 years working with grants, special projects, and community agencies, etc. - Experience working directly with and for student and/or family involvement programs, activities, and/or services. - At least two (2) years of supervisory experience. - Bachelor's degree in psychology, communication, education, or related field. - A combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in psychology, communication, education, or related field, including at least two (2) years of supervisory experience.
