The Early College Academy is seeking motivated, intelligent and creative teachers who want an opportunity to effect change in education through the development of innovative, hands-on curriculum. Qualified candidates will be comfortable implementing curriculum that meets state standards and the needs of a diverse student body. This is an opportunity to be part of a diverse and inclusive team of educators working in an innovative hybrid school structure where all students are also enrolled in community college. The Early College Academy is a close knit group of educators serving approximately 150 9-12 grade students. Teachers at ECA are valued as professionals and have the opportunity to get to know each student and family on a personal and connected level. Natomas Charter School provides competitive salary and benefits, CalPERS/CalSTRS retirement, and accepts all years of service in other K-12 organizations.
